Terms of Use

1. These Terms of Use shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between the User and the Management.
2. In addition to these Terms of Use, the Operator may establish various rules and regulations regarding the use of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Individual Regulations"). These Individual Regulations, regardless of their name, shall constitute a part of these Terms of Use.
3. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the individual provisions of the preceding Article, the provisions of the individual provisions shall take precedence unless otherwise specified in the individual provisions.

In using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts

1. Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
2. Conduct related to criminal activity
3. Acts that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in this service, including the contents of this service.
4. Acts that disrupt or interfere with the operation, other users, or other third parties' servers or network functionality.
5. Commercial use of information obtained through this service
6. Actions that may interfere with the operation of the services provided by the Company
7. Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access
8. Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users.
9. Use of the Service for any unauthorized purpose.
10. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of the Service or other third parties
11. Advertising, publicity, solicitation, or sales activities on the Service that are not authorized by the Management
12. Acts of providing benefits directly or indirectly to antisocial forces in relation to the services provided by the Company's management
13. Other activities that management deems inappropriate.

1. Operation may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to the user, for any of the following reasons
   
   1. When performing maintenance inspections or updating of systems related to this service
   2. When the server used by the Service undergoes maintenance
   3. In the event that provision of this service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disasters.
   4. In the event of computer or communication line outage due to accident
   5. In any other cases where management determines that it is difficult to provide this service.
2. Operation shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service.

1. Operation does not warrant, expressly or impliedly, that the Service will be free from defects in fact or in law (including, but not limited to, defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors or bugs, or infringement of rights).
2. Operation shall not be liable for any and all damages incurred by the user as a result of the Service. However, this disclaimer shall not apply if the contract between the Operator and the user for the Service (including these Terms and Conditions) constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.
3. Even in the case provided in the proviso of the preceding paragraph, the Operator shall not be liable for any damage arising out of special circumstances (including cases where the Operator or the user foresaw or could have foreseen the occurrence of damage) among damages incurred by the user due to default of obligation or tort caused by the negligence (excluding gross negligence) of the Operator.
4. Operation shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes between users and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.

1. Operation may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such changes or discontinuation.

The Management reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to the User, if it deems it necessary. In the event that a user starts to use the Service after the modification of these Terms of Use, such user shall be deemed to have agreed to the modified Terms of Use.

The Operator shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the use of the Service in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" of the Operator.

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the operation shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
