TERMS OF SERVICE
Terms of Service
This Terms of Service is governed by the laws of Japan. The Japanese version is the legally binding document — this English translation is provided for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services ("Service") provided by the operator ("Operator") on this website. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 — Application
- These Terms apply to all relationships between the Operator and users related to the use of the Service.
- The Operator may establish additional rules or guidelines for the Service ("Supplementary Rules"). Such Supplementary Rules form part of these Terms, regardless of how they are titled.
- In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any Supplementary Rules, the Supplementary Rules shall prevail unless otherwise specified.
Article 2 — Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following when using the Service:
- Any act that violates laws or regulations, or public order and morals
- Any act related to criminal activity
- Any act that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in the Service
- Any act that disrupts or interferes with the servers or networks of the Operator, other users, or third parties
- Commercial use of information obtained through the Service
- Any act that may interfere with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or attempts to gain unauthorized access

- Advertising, solicitation, or sales activities on the Service without the Operator's authorization
- Providing benefits, directly or indirectly, to antisocial forces in connection with the Service
- Any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate
Article 3 — Suspension of Service
- The Operator may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to users, in any of the following circumstances:
- When performing maintenance or updates to systems related to the Service
- When the servers used by the Service undergo maintenance
- When providing the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or other natural disasters
- When computers or communication lines are interrupted due to an accident
- When the Operator otherwise determines that providing the Service is difficult
- The Operator shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by users or third parties as a result of any suspension or interruption of the Service.
Article 4 — Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- The Operator makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free from defects of any kind, including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or security, or that it is free from errors, bugs, or rights infringements.
- The Operator shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users arising from the Service. However, this limitation shall not apply where the agreement between the Operator and a user constitutes a consumer contract under Japanese law.
- Even where the preceding proviso applies, the Operator shall not be liable for damages arising from special circumstances (including cases where the Operator or user foresaw or could have foreseen such damages) resulting from the Operator's ordinary negligence (excluding gross negligence).
- The Operator shall not be responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between users and other users or third parties in connection with the Service.
Article 5 — Changes to the Service
- The Operator may change or discontinue the Service at any time without notice to users, and shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such changes or discontinuation.
Article 6 — Amendments to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Article 7 — Handling of Personal Information
The Operator will handle any personal information collected through the Service in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy.
Article 8 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's location.
